Condensate Technology

During the compression process of the compressor, condensate is produced, which the intake air of the compressor already brings with it in the form of water. Furthermore, there are small oil particles, dust particles, dirt particles and aerosols in the intake air to which the cooling and lubricating oils of the compressor mix and thus make the condensate pollutant and environmentally harmful.

This is why this accumulating condensate must be specially prepared and drained. This means that under no circumstances may it be discharged into the sewage system without treatment if the limit value for the residual oil content of 20mg / l is exceeded. (ATV, A115). However, the responsible municipalities of the drainage statute can have a limit value below this value. Ultrafilter GmbH has the complete product portfolio to ensure optimal condensate treatment and drainage.

Overview

Ultra.Drain Condensate Drain

The safe condensate drain without compressed air loss.

Oil-water Separator

The Ultra.sep compressed air condensate separator was developed to separate all types of compressed air condensate. Compressed air condensate mixtures, as well as stable emulsions, generated by mineral, semi and fully synthetic compressor oils, are easily and safely separated by the Ultra.sep.
